Backpacker Panda is a new vibrant start-up company on the block with passion towards creating a data driven company and changing the way people backpack, travel, hike and bike in India. We are looking for a Customer service executive who is ready to work in an exciting start-up. You are hands-on team player with entrepreneurial spirit. Job Location - Mumbai (Colaba)

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the customers' perception of the company
  • Manage and resolve reviews on a daily basis
  • Provide excellent customer service on all contacts, ensuring that the query is resolved within business guidelines to prevent repeat contacts
  • Rapport building in a customer service environment to provide a good customer experience

Your Profile

  • Excellent English & Hindi verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in order to undertake a variety of tasks
  • Should be willing to work the night shift
