We love travelers and anyone who has a nomadic spirit. We are seeking energetic, passionate, gregarious and professional Customer Experience Managers who are ready to work in an exciting start-up. You are hands-on team player with entrepreneurial spirit.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer gets the most of the Backpacker Panda experience and recommends us to others.
You will be an expert problem solver and an efficient multi-tasker
You will ensure guests are having fun and particpating in the guest engagement activities
You will be responsible for delivering a monthly events schedule of fun events and activities for our customers in the evenings.
You will be responsible for communicating our core values and professionally connecting with guests
You will be responsible for ensuring that we provide a safe and clean environment for our customers
You will be responsible for solving or escalating any customer issues to resolve customer problems
You will genuinely care about customer service and the quality of our customer's experience, it will be at the forefront of everything you do.
You will build good relationship and rapport with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints they might have in a very courteous manner.
You will follow and facilitate quick check in and check out procedure for all guests, complete C - form for foreign guests and it must be completed within 24 Hrs from check in time for all foreign travellers
You will handover the Backpacker Panda City guide map and walk through the map for them
You will inform the guests about the facilities we provide. Arrange transportation to guests on request
Co-ordinate with BizOps team for smooth daily operations
Co-ordinate with local vendors for laundry and article
You will keep clear and comprehensive records of guest room bookings and all billings for accountability and future reference.
You will maintain orderliness at the front desk by arranging documents accordingly and keeping the front desk area clean all the times.
You will report maintenance issues and malfunctioning appliances for quick repair in order to ensure guest's comfort and satisfaction.
You will ensure cleanliness of all areas at the property
You have 0-1 Yr+ Experience
Age 22 yrs - 35 yrs
You will be working in rotational working shifts
You have exceptional listening and communications skills with customers and team members
You have impeccable common sense coupled with the ability to think ahead
You are confident and enthusiastic outlook on life
You have ability to talk to people from diverse backgrounds
You are focused in customer experience
You have some events and organisation experience
Knowing any other language is a plus
Working knowledge on excel and word
